When engaged, we establish a “Dedicated” India based support team which is comprised of specialist who meet your exact business requirements. In addition, a Norhurst Project Manager is assigned to work on-site at your organization and will coordinate and communicate daily with the India based support team. This will ensure your organization maintains “Real Time” command and control with no communication delays. We further ensure “Real Time” operations by utilizing conference calls, web collaboration, and instant messaging. The India based support team works the same hours as your organization and is dedicated only to your organization. We do not share resources among multiple organizations.
