1. Speak with your organization directly to ensure our recruiters understand all aspects of the resource(s) needed:

b. Job Description
c. Location
d. Salary Expectations
e. Benefits, Holidays, Work Schedule
f. Specific Job Essential Criteria

2. Thru a series of Pre-Screen interviews, Norhurst qualifies potential candidates based on your job position specific criteria
3. Submit Qualified Candidates to your organization for review and qualification by your organization
4. Schedule and confirm Initial phone screen interviews between your organizations HR or Project Team Leads and the qualified candidate(s) your organization selected
5. Schedule and confirm On-Site interviews between your organizations HR or Project Team Leads and selected candidate(s)
6. Once your organization confirms a candidate to the open position, our team will assist with any required logistics to ensure a smooth transition to your organization

There is NO COST to your organization for any of our Permanent Placement services until a candidate is selected. Once your organization hires one of our candidates, our fee is a percentage of their first year’s salary. In addition, Norhurst Guarantee’s all Direct-Hire candidate(s) for a full 3 months from their start date with your organization.
